Q) How do I book?

A)The preferred method of booking is via our website although we are happy to take bookings over the phone should you wish to speak to a member of our team.

Q) How much notice is needed to make a booking?

A) We always recommend you book as early as possible but we can take bookings at short notice, however, Bookings with 48hrs notice or less will need to be made over the phone.

Q) What days and times can we hire from you?

A) We are open 7 days a week and can deliver & collect on any day between 10am-5pm (any hours out these can be accommodated)

Q) Do you offer late collection?

A) Yes we do. This is subject to availbilty and charged at £20 per hour

Q) How much are your Bouncy Castles, Soft play, and equipment etc..

A) Prices vary, please see each individual item for hire price.

Q) What do i get with my castle booking?

A) Price includes delivery by a fully uniformed member of staff (a delivery charge will apply for those located outside the free delivery area) , Set up & inflation & then deflation and pack away at the end of the booking. Each castle is supplied with a Blower, Sand bags or Pegs (depending on surface) and safety mats which will set it all up ready for use.

Q) What do i get with my soft play booking?

A) Price includes delivery by a fully uniformed member of staff (a delivery charge will apply for those located outside the free delivery area) If the package includes a bouncy castle then it also include, Set up & inflation & then deflation and pack away at the end of the booking. Each castle is supplied with a Blower, Sand bags or Pegs (depending on surface) and safety mats which will set it all up ready for use.

Q) How long do i get the equipment for?

A) The equipment stays with you for the length of the party within our operational times, in some cases we may drop it off extra early and collect extra late (if the venue allows) due to having to deliver and collect from other customers.

Q) Can we have the equipment overnight?

A) We do not usually hire overnight but this can be arranged in certain circumstances, overnight hire starts from £60.
Q) Do you require a deposit?

A) Yes, A booking is not secured until a deposit of 20% is paid. (the deposit amount is 20% of the total booking cost) and this is deducted from your balance.

Q) How do I pay?

A) We ask for cash on the day to Team Member setting up your event. All deposits go through Paypal securely via our website. Any Cooperate booking or large event can be paid via bank transfer. (this has to paid 7 days before your event,

Q) What if I need to cancel?

A) You can cancel at anytime. All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your booking with at least 14 days notice before your booking date you can use your existing deposit to redeem against another future booking (has to used within 6 months or within the same year). If you cancel your booking with less than 14 days notice we would require you to pay 50% of your booking cost. Less than 7 days notice full Payment is required.

Q) What if the weather is really bad?

A) We reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions (This applies to outdoor bookings only) If we have to cancel for this reason you can use your deposit or balance towards another booking date (subject to availability)

Q) Can i have the equipment set up on outside the venue on grass or in my garden?

A) Yes Soft Play & Bouncy Castles may be set up on grass, The area should be free of dog fouling or any other debris which may damage or stain the castle e.g garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc

Q) Can i have the castle set up on concrete or Astroturf or other hard surfaces?

A) Castles may be set up on concrete or astroturf but this will need to be mentioned when booking and an additional charge will be added do to the amount of sandbags required by law to anchor down a bouncy castle on such surfaces

Q) Can i have a castle set up on gravel?

A) No, unfortunately under no circumstances can we set any inflatable up on gravel.

Q) How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

A) On average each castle can take anything from 10-30 mins to set up and then pack away. Times vary depending on each individual castle due to sizes so please allow the maximum amount of time at the beginning and end of each booking.

Q) How much space is needed around the castle?

A) You will need to allow a minimum of 2-5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear.

Q) When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

A) We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. if mains power is not available we need to be notified at time of booking as we will need to bring a generator (this will incur an additional charge)

Q) Do you supply safety instructions/Guidelines?

A) Yes we provide detailed safety instructions/guidelines with every hire.

Q) Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

A) Yes all our castles have individual age limits, see item description for info
